One God - One God who is indivisible, omnipresent Spirit. He is the Creator of the world, He was manifest in the flesh as Jesus Christ, and also manifest as the Holy Ghost when He is operating in our life. The Father, Son, and Holy Ghost are titles that refer to the one Spirit and His manifestations to humanity. The trinity doctrine that was formed several hundred years after the New Testament was written because of incorporating pagan beliefs and Greek mythology with the Bible.

Why I Believe This - Deuteronomy 6:4, Isaiah 9:6, 7-14, 42-8, 43:11, 45:21-23, Jeremiah 23:5-6, Matthew 1:20-23, John 1:1,14, 4:24, 8:24, 58, 10:30-33, 14:7-10, Romans 1:3-4, Colossians 1:15-19, 2:8-10, 1st Timothy 3:16, Hebrews 1:3, 2:14-17, 1st John 5:20, Rev 1:8

The Blood of Jesus Christ –The blood of Jesus Christ has purchased us back from the one that had the keys of death, hell and the grave, which was the devil. His blood purchased the right for humanity to be born into God’s kingdom. His blood has power to clean and wash anyone from sin and unrighteousness. Faith in the blood is essential to be a child of God.

Why I believe this - Matthew 26:28, John 6:53-54, Acts 20:28, Romans 3:25, 5:9, Ephesians 1:7, 2:13, Colossians 1:14,20, Hebrews 9:12-14, 22, 10:19, 1st John 1:7, Rev 1:5

The Death, Burial and Resurrection of Jesus Christ - Because of His death, burial and resurrection, sin does not have to dominate our lives, we can be forgiven of sin and iniquity, we can have the Creator of the universe living inside of us, and have fellowship with Him. Also, we can be saved from Hell and live eternally in the awesome presence of God!

Why I believe this - Genesis 3:15, Isaiah 52:13-15, 53:4-12, Matthew 27:51, John 11:49-52, 12:32-33, Acts 2:24-27, 31-32, Romans 5:9-10, 2 Corinthians 4:14, 5:19, Colossians 1:21-22, 2nd Timothy 1:9-10, Hebrews 2:9, 14-15, 9:15-16, 1st Peter 3:18, Rev 1:18

The New Birth Experience - One must be born again to see or enter into God’s kingdom. This is a gift that was purchased by the Lord Jesus for us, because we could not pay the price to be born again. It is absolutely essential to obtain salvation.

Why I believe this - John 1:12-13, 3:3-8, 1st Peter 1:2

The New Birth Consists Of:

Faith and Repentance - One must have faith in God and the shed blood of Jesus Christ and repent of sin by turning away from sin and asking forgiveness with Godly sorrow.

Why I believe this - Mark 1:15, Luke 7:48-50, 13:3, 24:47, John 3:16-18, John 7:38-39, 8:24, Acts 2:38, 15:8-9, 20:21, 26:18, Romans 1:17, 3:22-25, 5:1, 1st Corinthians 7:10, Hebrews 11:1

Water Baptism - being baptized (immersed) in water according to the Scripture is absolutely essential to receive remission of sins. It is not a work of the flesh but a command of God. It was so important to Jesus that his followers be baptized that he himself (though sinless) was baptized for an example for us. All throughout the Bible water is used as a symbol of God’s cleansing and redemptive power, (the flood, the Jews’ escape from Egypt).

Why I believe this - Matthew 3:13-16, Mark 16:16, John 3:5, Acts 8:36-38, 10:47-48, 22:16, 1st Peter 3:21, Romans 6:3-5, Colossians 2:12, 1st John 5:8

In the name of Jesus Christ - baptism should be administered according to the command of Jesus in Matthew 28:19; notice he said in the “name of” the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost; the singular redemptive name of these titles of God is Jesus, which means Jehovah is salvation or Yahweh is salvation! The apostles knew this and that is why they did not repeat the words Father, Son, and Holy Ghost but they used the actual “name”. Scripture proves that everyone baptized in the Bible was baptized in Jesus name!

Why I believe this - Isaiah 52:6, 45:23, Philippians 2:9-11, Zechariah 14:9, Luke 24:47, John 1:12, 5:43, 14:26, 17:6, Acts 2:38, 8:12,16, 10:43,48, 19:3-5, 22:16, 1st Corinthians 6:11, Hebrews 1: 4, 1st John 3:23, Rev 22:4

The infilling of the Holy Ghost - Jesus said not only to be born of water but also of Spirit (John 3:5). The Holy Ghost is the rest and the refreshing of a weary soul! This is the same as receiving, or being baptized by the Spirit. This is when God himself takes residence in us! It is absolutely essential to have this when Jesus returns in order to be resurrected with the church. When one is filled with the Holy Ghost it is always evidenced with speaking with other tongues (a language previously unknown to the speaker). The gift of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking with other tongues is not the same as the gift of tongues mentioned by Paul 1st Corinthians. Receiving the Holy Ghost is an awesome experience!
Why I believe this - Isaiah 28:11-12, Matthew 3:11, Mark 16:17, Luke 24:49, John 3:5-8, 7:38-39, Acts 2:4, 16-17, 8:15-17, 10:44-47, 11:15-17, 19:2-6, Romans 8:9-11, 16, 1st Corinthians 12:7,13

Holiness - God is holy and he expects his people to be holy in all areas of our life. Holiness is a hedge of protection for our lives. Biblical principles and standards for our life is a good thing because it keeps good in and bad out. Holiness is God’s people taking on His nature. The bible teaches us that God gives us what we need to live a holy life, but it also teaches that without holiness no man shall see the Lord. Who wants to live in filth and mess anyway? Especially when Jesus blood has made us kings and priests in the site of God (Rev 1:5)!

Why I believe this - Leviticus 19:2, 20:26, 21: 6,8, 1st Chronicles 16:29, Isaiah 35:8, 62:12, Romans 6:6, 11-13,19, 8:1-8, 12:1-2, 1st Corinthians 6:19-20, 2nd Corinthians 6:16-18, 7:1, 1st Thessalonians 4:7-8, Hebrews 12:14, 1st Peter 1:14-15, 4:2, 2nd Peter 1:3
